  Simply select the login button on the website without entering a username and password.  Upon submission, you will be provided with a link to select.  Upon selection of the link, your username and password will be sent to your registration e-mail address for retrieval.

• How do I progress through the course/product?

  In order to progress through a course or product purchased on this website, you will need to complete the relevant course material or processes in the manner described therein.  Regardless of the individual course/product completion requirements, you need not complete the course/product in a single sitting/session.  Rather, please feel free to logon and logoff of the course as you desire.  Your progress to the point of each logoff will be retained by the system for use when you subsequently login to the course.  Upon completion of our registration process for courses/products, you will be issued a username/password based upon your entry of same to provide you with access to courses/products 24 hours a day except in instances of unforeseeable interruptions in service for maintenance or due to loss of connectivity to the Internet.

• Are expedite services available for courses and products?
  

  You will be offered an option to purchase expedite services that range from immediate e-mail (for traffic school products) of course certificates of completion to express delivery via UPS (for traffic school and all other products). 

• Who may I contact to inquire as to the status of my citation and completion reporting requirements for traffic school products?
  

  Florida’s Clerks of Court are responsible for the processing of completion of traffic school pursuant to Section 318.14(9).  As such, we strongly advise that you consult with the Clerk of Court with jurisdiction over your case to ensure that you timely submit your completion certificate (your responsibility) to ensure that you are afforded the benefits of course completion and are not assessed ay additional penalties.
